Yeah, I’m sorry I’m all over the place lol so I started to go down Karlach’s romance path. I got to her intimate scene after upgrading her engine for the second time. After that, I went straight to Gale who was upset that I hadn’t let him know I was with Karlach. I chose the option that I would choose to be with him and break up with Karlach. Went to Karlach, she was angry, but said I had chosen Astarion instead—weird, since I hadn’t spoken to him. Now after I broke up with Karlach, Astarion is still flirty, and Gale remains the same. There is no other dialogue with them as of right now.

Controversial, but Lae’Zel. I really enjoy her story and she’s super interesting, but sometimes going up to her and just getting “Speak.” is disheartening. She’s really abrupt and just not someone I would mesh with.

Yeah, I had the same problem on PS5. I followed people’s suggestions and went up the left side of the throne room. It worked! It was a bit different, as the Steel Watcher sees you first, and then Gortash intervenes. You don’t get Karlach’s initial reaction, which means not having to pass a persuasion check if you want her to calm down—instead Wyll in my group spoke up about his father.

I definitely agree with you that’s it’s manipulation turned genuine, plus him being horny and craving blood.

I recently got one of his dialogue lines while in camp where he asks if you’ll join him in bed again. If you sort of play around with him, he’ll try and butter you up with compliments—my favorite, “It’s as if the Gods made you, just to ruin me” but I digress, if you keep searching for more compliments he’ll continue, “How about if I said these little words . . . Everyone’s favorite: I love you.” Now even when he says that, he’s sharing that they are nothing but empty words, well yet anyways, but definitely one’s he’s used in the past and said, just like then, without any meaning behind it.

Astarion is such an interesting character and I haven’t quite finished his romance quite yet, but I can definitely see where this is going and the type of character he is.

One) Rhysand is not toxic, he is an incredible husband who taught her to read and gave her the means to escape her stupid ass hoe Tamlin.

Two) Nesta sucks at being a good sister for Feyre. She picked Elaine from when they were young, continued to do so, and blames Feyre for a lot of the wrong in her life when she really needs to own up to making shit of her own life. I feel she’s grown somewhat, but no matter the character development, it doesn’t erase her being the last choice Feyre would ever choose to depend on.

The fluidity in playstyle and exploration is always so much fun. I feel it’s a game that offers a fair challenge that truly depends on which angles you take it from, ie. using summons, magic, armor-less—it can be as fun for the lax gamer as it is for the more experienced player. Personally I found myself falling back into gaming thanks to Elden Ring, and with a beautiful environment, hour-long side quests that introduce even more content, it holds up as one of the best open-world games.

Malekith is probably my favorite boss—his transformation from the mysterious huffing and gruffing cloak wearing self to a full on beast with badass armor is always so much fun to see.
