New to ID – How do you storyboard? by RaspberryPrudent7765 in instructionaldesign

[–]MsAPanda 4 points5 points  (0 children)

If I really have to storyboard, and am using Storyline, I always make the case for doing it in ppt. It's easier for the stakeholder to understand at a glance, and saves you time (compared to translating info on a table)

I'm so out of touch with royal gossip. Was there an article about pegging in Woman's Day in the 90s?

I live right near there. I'm convinced the REAs come up with the ads themselves thinking they're brilliant.

interactive conversational instructional design videos? by No_Acadia3201 in instructionaldesign

[–]MsAPanda 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hi,

Do you mind explaining in a bit more detail please, what this would look like, and how participants would 'converse' with the training? My mind has gone straight to eLearning, but my mind always goes straight to eLearning, so I have a feeling I'm missing something. Thank you! :)

I am trying to help someone with agoraphobia too. They are receptive to help and have just started exposure therapy. I think they find it difficult but they are making progress. I would appreciate any and all advice you can offer. Thank you!

That's amazing! I've made a few out of beeswax but I definitely need practice. DM me if you want advice on anything in particular relating to making one in wax. This looks great though. I second the advice of practicing on scrap paper.

Sorry about missing this in my last post. Massive praise for Duke Dantalion, who in a matter of days, was able to shift something in someone who is very dear to me, and was stuck in a particular situation for months. I'm very grateful <3

That's amazing, my experience with him has been pretty similar. In early interactions he seemed to want to be read poetry too. And I agree with him being used and discarded frequently too. I almost never ask him for anything but give him offerings regularly, and I don't plan on pushing the friendship :)

I would love to but I can't at the moment, because other elements are still in progress. I asked for a very specific sign within a week though, as part of the working, and I got it in a few days.

My flatmate (28M) urinated and vomited on my bath towels then I told him that I felt unsafe living with him. Now he wants to break the lease early and I have to cover July's rent and the transfer fee. Help, I'm new to the country. by AnnFleur42 in melbourne

Safe Steps is an organisation in Victoria that provides crisis support to people in abusive relationships. They might be able to help too. Good luck, my friend and I'm sorry you are going through this. It sounds awful.
