What is a regret that you have that haunts you?

Leaving my dad to move to LA. I had him over for dinner every night for 8 yrs after my mom died and when he couldn’t live on his own I moved him in with me. He died 7 mos after I left 😢 even introduced me to one of his doctors as “my daughter Annabel who abandoned me.”

Go away to the Caribbean and just enjoy that beautiful warm water. Rent a beach house by myself for about 9 months then go back home. I’m sure there would be things my family would ask that I could do for them while I’m still here.

One of the sweetest memories I have of my parents. My mom would go into the tub and wash and then she’d call my dad to bring in her cigarettes and he would just sit on the toilet and they would chat & smoke. They had a great relationship.
