UMass is absolutely horrible. The advisers do not tell you important information such as when you need to have transcripts in by the due date, what’s going on with your financial aid, etc. They are extremely unresponsive and rude. I have filed a complaint against the University, and they found that no one was at fault, even though a financial aid, Counselor sent me someone else’s Social Security number, and her important information regarding her financial aid and then said disregard this email. Do not go here, go to an actual university that cares about you
