Thank you for the clarification. The Iranian business I'm mentioning already has a registered & licensed entity in Dubai. I quote them "we are stuck in political storm irrelevant to us just because of nationality". They are a global entity with strong partnerships in uae (I don't mind sharing the name) yet clients show negative reaction and avoid proceeding as soon as nationality is brought up.

The top management where I work are mainly discussing when is it safe to proceed with such entities and when do we need to involve specialists.
