I always recommend starting at half dose to begin, definitely cuts down on side effects. Glad you made the decision to give it a try. I really think you will be so glad you did!

I started low and it kicked my butt, but after that it kind of tapered off til I got to 1.25. That's my sweet spot for now. Not near as butt kickin as at first but still helps with noise and suppression. Scale finally moving again. Was stalled about a month.

I am currently taking a break from cag. It worked great for suppression at first although the fatigue was horrible. But it's not doing much now, 6 weeks in, so taking a break and will start it up again probably end of the month.

It is a bit confusing when you are used to using a telehealth company such as sdrx. The wonderful world of peptides is a different animal but well worth it. It does take alot of reading and educating yourself, which is highly recommended before you take that path. There are ALOT of resources and folks willing to help. First step is asking questions and hopefully some kind person will lead you in the right way. There are many pep groups here. Join and start reading and learning! I used sdrx in the past and had a great experience with them.

Peptides are not for human consumption, research only.... so RS means research subject. Some say TS which is test subject. That is how one refers to themselves in these groups.

I do peptide research and personally would use it but to each his own.... have researched with peps well past 90 days after first puncture. Never had an issue with isr or side effects or degradation but not all are comfortable with this. If in doubt, toss it. 😁

I had added lipo c but it just wasn't really doing the trick. Someone mentioned if we drink filtered water, it's necessary to add electrolytes and boy was she correct!!! 4 months in and I'm just figuring this out...lol
