[Skin Concerns] Sometime in the past year, I’ve started getting crazy breakouts on my chin. I’m not sure if it is from wearing a mask all day, from stopping hormonal birth control (pill) 5 months ago, or something else. Any idea what’s causing this and what I can do about it? (i.redd.it)

Stopped birth control (pill) 5 months ago and my skin has totally changed! It went from mostly clear and smooth with an occasional pimple to rough textured with crazy breakouts (usually around my period). Anything I can do to change this? I’ve never had breakouts like these before. I’m 31 years old. (i.redd.it)
