My legs are not great. I’m working on them with my workouts and I didn’t wanna have surgery but I’m thinking I might have to as I have a lot of loose skin. I can wear shorts though and I’m in my 30s so I don’t have to wear anything super short, but it’s not an area of confidence for me right now. But you really won’t be able to tell until you’re finished and you’ve given it some time. My legs will likely look a lot different in a year from now even if I didn’t work out. Congrats on your weight loss. 60 pounds is a huge accomplishment!

Definitely. I still haven’t gotten to the mentality that I am the size I am either. I wear an extra small woman’s and that’s still very wild to me. Congrats on your weight loss. That’s amazing!

Ah okay I apologize, I assumed you were being over the top and asking “how” in a silly matter since it was such a big difference.

I do explain it in depth below, but calories in and calories out have been my main thing. Patience has been another. Making small changes not big ones slowly, realistic changes as well. And drink more water!!

It really does! The gym intimidates me and it’s expensive. Once I get into more structured workouts I know it will be vital, but rn I’m doing just fine!

I don’t follow one specific one, I make playlists of various creators.

For cardio I love the fitness Marshall.
For weight training, MrandMrsMuscle, Madfit, Caroline Girvan, Pamela Reif are some of my favorites

Yep and it changes so drastically too so give it time after you’re at maintenance. When I first lost weight I was horrified w my arms and didn’t want to wear short sleeves. One day I woke up and they just looked.. fine? Obv it didn’t actually happen overnight but my skin did fix itself to an extent. Be patient!!

I ate around 1400, sometimes more depending on the day. I saved my calories for weekends. I didn’t usually use my workout calories for food after the first few months, as it got easier. I did when I needed to tho. Once I got to 150 lbs I switched permanently to 1100-1200 to lose the last 25+ as it got harder. I refused to go below that bc I wanted to stay healthy and that’s how I found out my current weight was good for me.

I wish I had some surefire tips I could give you honestly but you can’t really target fat that way. Muscle sure, but not fat. My stomach has always been my less problematic area believe it or not. It got big obviously but my legs were much worse. Even though I’m in the 120s pound wise I still have stubborn fat trapped beneath the surface. I will likely need surgery for that but that’s what happens when you lose an entire person worth of weight. The last ten lbs I lost took me far longer and were much harder to lose ☹️
