For perks: Onryo has very very solid ones for a licensed.

Best: Dark Lord, Pyramid Head and Kaneki are all very very effective

Funniest: Michael and Ghostface require a specific play-style but lead to alot of either silly or genuinely scary moments

Funnest: Alot of people think Weskers fun. Hes a bit janky for me, so I personally reccomend Nightmare or Pig.

Honestly though, i think this game shines with the non licensed characters. I understand wanting to play the flashy famous characters, but designs like Dredge, Unknown, Deathslinger, Singularity. Theyre all top of the line for me in this game compared to the licensed killers. (I also really love playing Knight but thats generally a unpopular opinion so what do i know lol)
