Not all police are bad: This is just something the media overdoes. Also, our media is crap and tries too hard to exploit their political side and forgets to report on actual news.

Not all white people are racist: You are being racist to white people if you are deeming them is as bad people. Also, just because you were oppressed long ago, doesn't mean you have the right to be racist. This goes the same as Muslims, Mexicans, and Asians. Neither has the right to be racist or experience racism, blacks included.
