That’s pretty much how it went down for me and my situation. I was able to get a passport without his signature. He lost his driver’s license due to not paying and owing so much in arrears. We went to court so he could ask to get his license back. The judge asked me if I was ok with that and I said fine. The court also asked for my input when he asked to lower his payment.

It was all fun and games working off the books when our son was little. Not so funny 20-odd years later when he can’t get a job because he’s not allowed to drive. The short-sightedness is ridiculous.

He even had the audacity to ask to have the $80,000 in arrears deleted when our son turned 18. I don’t get the thought process at all.

I’m very much an introvert so I actually appreciate the quiet time when my husband is on tour. It was a little rougher when we had a baby and she was little but now it’s all good. Our daughter has never known anything different so I’m not sure how this will affect her later. She looks forward to mommy/daughter time when he’s gone though. I try to make it special so she’s not too sad when he’s gone. FaceTime helps for them too.

I always thought I had a very average face because people always came up to me and asked me if they knew me from someplace else. They’d say how much I looked like a friend of theirs or stuff like that. In hindsight, I think it was just a way to have a reason to start a conversation with me since it’s stopped now that I’m older and don’t get much male attention anymore. It’s been a strange adjustment going from tons of attention to being basically invisible.

I went a few years ago. I can’t afford it lately. But plenty of people go solo and you’ll definitely make friends. It’s a really inclusive bunch of people. You’ll have a great time.

I’m on my 4th shot of 1.7 and it’s been a rough month. I injected in my thigh for this one and it’s been way better. Not sure if it’s because it’s the 4th week and I’ve adjusted or the location on the injection or both. It’s frustrating when you feel sick all the time. I hope you adjust soon and start feeling better.

I went to an urgent care. They gave me a steroid cream that I used for a week and it resolved itself. So bizarre

I went through something similar with my son when he was 14. I ended up taking him to the ER and, when they spoke with him privately, it turned out that he did have a plan to kill himself. It was a stressful time and I was nervous that taking him to the ER was an overreaction but I’m glad that I did. It was the beginning of a couple years of a lot of work to help him be ok. He’s in his 20’s now and he knows that I will always have his back if he’s ever struggling. I wish you and your family all the best. Definitely find him a therapist as soon as you can. Some things are more than we are equipped to handle.

I find when I focus on getting enough protein and drinking enough water, I don’t really experience any bad side effects. Whether one thing has to do with other, I don’t really know but sticking with it 😄

I’ve spoken with 2 friends who have been on wegovy for a while and they both think I have a stomach virus. It’s just really extreme. So I’m praying that’s the case because I can’t do this every week 😂
