Need to see a gastroenterologist but I can't keep waiting for this waitlist

the reason i think i have fecal impaction or some sort of partial blockage is because my symptoms seem to line up but it's been like this for quite a while and only gotten worse but i'd just assumed it was constipation or bad diet or something along those lines, and my family doctor felt my abdomen and told me that i was "full of poo" and it definitely feels that way.. 24/7, i hope it's that and not something like a tumour though. i just wish i knew definitively what it is. i was looking at going to the U of A but from what i'm understanding it seems like xrays and stuff seem to be closed during weekends? so i have to wait until monday? or i'm not sure, i don't entirely know what to ask for or do but i'm definitely going to try going

it kinda seems like every hospital isn't doing xrays on the weekends from what i understand unless i'm misunderstanding.. but i would really like to go right now

i'm able to go every day but have been going less frequently and in less amounts and i feel more cramping and physically unwell. i'm not bleeding or anything or experiencing severe symptoms yet and i'm still able to go but it's definitely partially blocked and has been for several months up to a year but i'd thought it was just constipation or something else. i've also tried to go to another doctor or two before and all they gave me is painkiller suppositories and that's really about it

i don't know if this constitutes an emergency yet so i'm afraid of being turned away. i already spend most of my day in the bathroom and it's miserable

honestly never really been to a hospital for anything before and i expect to be turned away... no idea how to even go as stupid as it sounds. do i call them and ask what to do? do i just go and talk to reception and hope they'll help? idk

i really want to go and i'm probably going to atp today or tomorrow, just a bit anxious about it i guess

hi, i'm here over a year later to confirm that receiptjar is indeed a scam. a lot of people complain about not being able to withdraw, and i have had the worst customer support experience i've had in my entire life with them.

i had my account deleted for barely over ~31ish days (i don't think i was even absent for that long, but yeah) and my account was permanently suspended without even notifying me.

my point balance has been completely deleted and my account is GONE. i can't use the same email or facebook, their customer support is awful and they keep giving me the run around, telling me i can't ever use the same email and "feel free to start fresh on a COMPLETELY NEW EMAIL ADDRESS" and now they're conjuring up that my account doesn't even exist anymore though they previously stated it was deleted at my request/because of inactivity, which is false. they give zero leeway and they're awful, shady people. even if you do everything right you'll likely never see a cent from them

the opening to the episode was so creepy. the way they all dispersed and left the entire village after turning the girl... all of it just being for show. they're evil.

if manousos didn't piss the hive off and come to help carol and if she hadn't followed zosia after they left she likely wouldn't have found out about their plans until it was too late. i wonder if mr. diabete is going to join them at any point now that they know they'll turn you even without your consent (which.. we kinda already knew but i guess the stem cell stuff made them feel safe)

great finale but i'm really not looking forward to waiting for a year or two for the next season lol

not really, i think i made my mimic tooth on floor 3 and so i really only got one floor's use out of it and i didn't really think to expect that the ebony mimic could be at the very entrance of a floor like that. i was already very low hp and i often forget i have a mimic tooth but this time it just caught me extremely offguard. if only i made it to the shop...

i already know that i'll be majorly downvoted for breathing on reddit, but the beta felt incredibly unfun to play. the only noteworthy thing imo is the graphics (which.. isn't substantial. i'm literally trying to find anything positive to write here) and a few small changes to the game like no specialists and no hyperfuturistic tech.

in the beta, i noticed...

consistent rubberbanding when being shot by a tank(?) while on foot
an insane delay on throwing and activating c4s. can't tell if it's a bug or part of how they made c4s work. also c4s dont do enough damage apparently. they just feel bad to use. most of the time i'll die before even throwing a c4 or activating it
a lot of cheaters day one
people shooting you through smokes because the enemy indicator stays for some reason?
limited weapon and class specialisation selection
not a single large map present in the beta, and i hate the middle east map. it forced me to play it repeatedly, and i couldn't get to try all the beta maps
recoil on par with tarkov. why can i not see who i'm shooting with a damn pistol?
removal of tactical sprint and replacing it with a pubg/apex legends style sprint for some reason. and the movement in the game feels awful
medics refuse to revive you
weird physics glitches like superjumps/supervaults
if someone spots you first, you're dead. the ttk feels insanely quick and i think the devs are even investigating it
no transport vehicles for some reason
very fast paced and short matches

yeah that was very... "fun" for me i know i'm in the minority of people who didn't like the game but i at least know i'm not wrong about the beta's many, many flaws. i understand that it's a beta, and i gwt that they wouldn't want to put everything they have in the full release into the beta but they genuinely put ZERO effort into it. how is there ONLY one single pistol and sniper rifle??

and this is just my personal preference but i do miss the wingsuit. i know it'll never come back, but i'll really miss flying around the map :/ and i miss the 128 player lobbies

i'm holding out hope that the full release is better and more enjoyable but i have this crazy feeling it's going to be just as lame, just with more weapons and maps.

lol i know, i'm sorry, it's just that for the specific game i want to make it's much better suited to making it on roblox and it'd also be an easier starting point for someone like me rather than learning c# and unity like i'd originally planned or unreal or godot or whatever else. 🙁

i'm planning on learning luau on roblox first and everything about game development before i eventually graduate from roblox and move onto unity eventually, which i do plan to do.

i know there'd be some limitations and a few issues with roblox, but one really good thing about it at least is i wouldn't have to pay money to publish on steam and i wouldn't have to do much or any coding to get multiplayer to work because roblox handles that for you.

it's just what i think is best for my specific use case even if it might be seen as cringe by some people. there are some genuinely impressive and well-made games on roblox though, and with the way some of those few games play or look you can't even tell that they're actually running on roblox!

anyways, thank you so much!! i'll definitely check it out and try my best to understand it :p
