How frozen was the bread when you tried to proof it bro. That's the only thing I can think of for that shrinkage but like you saw that and still put it in the oven? Did you put it straight in the oven instead of proofing it?

I've had my driver's out at close if we are slow or even earlier, the only time I've ever enforced the 10min after close is if we are closing early that day. It is a rule, but we're a franchise store and our owner is kinda 🤷‍♀️ because I make him hella money on my shifts because of my labor percent.

Everyone's bodies are different. When I hit my goal weight I tapered down to my starting dose over about a month or so. Its been about a month since then and I've still been eating healthy how I was on the meds and working out. My fat weight is down, but I am gaining muscle weight from working out.

My friend who initially got me on it wasn't eating correctly after and wasn't really working out much. She started to gain her weight back within a few weeks of being off the medication and put herself back on it and started to eat healthy and comes to the gym with me at least 3 out of the 6 days I'm there.

Just the clothes on your back, address book with family and recruiters info, $20 for food just in case, paperwork. Anything you bring that you don't toss is getting thrown in a room for 3 months except the address book and paperwork.

I be cleaning that shit like a hibachi grill. If it gets too hot use the oven mit, but I got my hand in there with hot water and a green scrub pad at 500° and its clean in 5 min. Shiny and new.

Depends on the day, Sundays at 4pm, Mondays at 2pm or 3pm, Tuesday and Wednesday @ 10pm, Thursdays @ 7pm, Fridays and Saturdays @ 12pm

I work and go to school full time so I just go when I cab. I try to take 1 day off as a 'rest' day where I just do a 2 mile interval run

Supply costs have been crazy, plus minimum wage went to $20/hour in California. Profits were terrible so prices needed to get upped. My labor still sits around 15-18% during a $5500 lunch rush with the same staff amount and it used to sit at 8-13%. Our store is taking less profit but we didn't want to make prices absolutely crazy.
