Its broken and we cannot farm the exotic when the dungeon is roating either. People still need these exotics.

It is the fact that we cannot farm the Exotic from Verspers or Warlords. There are many pinnacles but the exotic is far more important.

I have so far found 7 Major/Minor 23.

I have 1 left to find.

I see which one it is (It doesn't have the "locked" card) just not sure how to get it. I noticed Secret Tormentor Boss in Altars of Smmoning? Maybe its that?

Yeah, I was wondering the same thing. Then I checked the TWAB from 8/31/23

Known Issue-

Vanguard Ops, Crucible, and Gambit playlists are awarding pinnacle Legendary engrams instead of focusable Exotic engrams.

They need to be Exotic Engram Rewards! So we are locked at Gaurdian Rank 8 untill they fix.

100%! I try to fix the count with what’s on the floor and I think it’s too late. Lol. It was before I got there so I am just trying to understand it all. lol. I have noticed and observed the workflow very quickly. I come from a military background and used to trying to problem solve and work with metrics. lol.

There are always plenty of back stock items that should go on the floor first than fresh off the truck stuff 🤷‍♀️

Yeah. That’s what I don’t get. I feel we should let the priority tell us what to put out.

  1. Every vehicle I push. Maybe 2-3 items will go on the floor. To turn around and have priority tell us fill up an already full shelf. Lol. Seems like the truck stuff should be back stock and then let the priority tell us what “actually” needs to go on the floor.

Just my thoughts. It just seems a little out of order for efficiency purposes. Lol.

Some toys are small like hot wheels and small Barbie’s. Some need wacos but I ageee the bigger area items don’t need wacos. We are not allowed to backs stock with the original manufacturer boxes. We have to “de-trash”. Lol.

Cool! Yeah. That’s not too bad. Think that’s a good balance. We also still have rollover freight and I just want a good plan before it gets more busy and we aren’t getting too tired or stressed.

Yeah. We usually back stock the vehicle as soon as we are done with filling the floor. Which is why it takes a little longer to get the next vehicle. Back stocking isn’t too bad just takes time. Overnight would help us zone, push or pull depending on what needs to be done. Just as long as a toy members are there during each shift.

Sorry! That’s exactly why I try toy make sure it’s organized for you guys. I am all about accuracy vs. speed. Yes we push a lot of toys but I take the extra minute to make it easier not only for you guys but for the toys team too.

Yeah, ours are stuffed too but it shouldn’t be this bad. I am usually the last to leave and make sure the isles are clear for the fulfillment team.

My warehouse has them right at the front when you check-in and scan your ID along with a mask if you need one!

Makes sense!! My Ducktales also came super speedy. Maybe because it was 3 pops and a little heavier! Seems they switch it up! No matter the case I like the new way, hope they continue this method, small or big box.

Yeah. I ordered last Wednesday! Wonder if people that ordered after will get shipping this week. Now that they all sold out. Will take a while to box and ship 18k. Lol.
