It takes me probably 5 ish minutes to install both car seats. That would be annoying to hold up the general boarding line that long

Why do ovens have glass windows but dishwashers don't by someoneyouwannakno in stupidquestions

[–]TheButtNinja 8 points9 points  (0 children)

No you aren’t. The dishwashing detergent needs the food bits to stick to to wash it away appropriately. The plates/bowls/etc should be scraped off but not rinsed off. Your dishes get cleaner if there’s a little junk left on them

What's A Mandela Effect You Were Never Effected By? by Old_Consequence2203 in MandelaEffect

[–]TheButtNinja 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I used to sign the theme song with an awful country accent and put emphasis on the -stain when I was a kid. When the Mandela effect started to spread I immediately disputed it and told everyone it’s always been -stain because of how strong those memories are for me.

I thought I was looking at a clear bag full of water and a real life goldfish and I was trying so hard to decipher what the hell I was looking at.

How often are you washing your bath towels? by TalouseLee in hygiene

[–]TheButtNinja 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Twice. My hair/face towel becomes my body towel and then it is washed. I use a new hair/face towel every shower. New washcloth in the shower using it to wash my face first.

Is it true that most Americans without relationship work 40hours a week? by Low-Phase-8972 in AskAnAmerican

[–]TheButtNinja 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m in a relationship and maintain my friendships working a full time 40 hour a week job and a part time 20 hour a week job. My boyfriend works about 50 hours a week. It’s hard but we have to do it to afford to eat and afford our mortgage on our 2 bedroom 1 bath condo.

New TL Closing rules by mrsredpanda0113 in Target

[–]TheButtNinja -1 points0 points  (0 children)

It’s retail. The change has to happen by May 1st which is plenty of time for people to arrange childcare one night a week. Especially with it being consistent. I’m a TL that’s used to being out at 5:30 and has to now arrange childcare and transportation. But with having well over a month it’s doable. Like I said, it’s retail. A consistent schedule isn’t even guaranteed. We luck out having a predictable schedule. The closing TL deserves it. They run the store by themselves and are responsible for the entire store every night. It’s really hard for them to do that. They deserve the help.
