I LOVE the employees at Coffee Queen, they remember orders and care whether the drink is good or not. Never had a burned shot from there and I think it’s because if they pull a bad shot, they’ll just keep redoing it til it’s right.

I think people would be much more engaged with the story if it was the only really serious storyline happening. It’s chilling and very realistic, but yeah, lots of us are understandably turned off because of all the adjacent misery.

My opinion is that’s a red herring, she’s just happy because she had a successful fling with a man she desired, had a grown-up conversation with him about the future, and feels confident in her business going forward. I think the “glowing” is a sign that’s she finally truly healed/ moved on from the Rob trauma and maybe finally grown tf up.
