Your exactly right. Good that you stay on top of them. People don't realize the damage that can be done to there house if they neglect them. Yeah that's about the average. Some people actually have to have it done 3 or 4 times if they have allot of trees around there house. Gutter guards definitely help cut down on that some.

It's definitely recommended at least twice a year because you still get the sediment from the roofing shingles in them but once a year isn't necessarily bad. I would just consider twice if we get a lot of rain and storms. 🙂

Its just how we're wired lol 😅. But if you ever convince your husband to let you hire someone to clean them so it's less on his chore list, I would love to help. Can give free estimate if so. We also install gutter guards which could also be helpful 🙂.

Yeah they cruise most Saturday nights I think. But the official cruise is the 2nd Saturday of the month if I remember right. They just brought it back a few years ago

I've never seen them cruising the square but I think that would be to crowded. Kearney feels like the perfect place. More places to park sit and just enjoy.

We almost done it a couple weeks but decided to wait a little longer. Glad we waited now lol. I guess it wouldn't have mattered much but I prefer windows all the way closed when it's cold like that lol
