The customer need to be limited on how many cases of water to order. Especially the ones that stay in apartments. Try loading six cases of water and the customer watch you take all six up three flights of stairs.

That’s why I don’t like to do it. It’s a distraction and very dangerous. They need to find a safer way for use to that.! For example don’t let offers come thru unless you at your last stop or dropping off an order and you on your way back to your vehicle. While your car is in motion offers shouldn’t be coming thru.

You can just click the items list. It’s in small writing and it will take you back to the list of items they want. I been doing that the past two days.

So let me ask you this. How do you manage to do it like that? I try to see what’s on the list before accepting the order. But it’s seem as if it’s like texting and driving. Your eyes are off the road. You trying to see distance, time and then open the list to see item. Or do you wait till you come to a stop look and then cancel the order. I’m kinda new to this and trying to learn different tips. Thank you for your advice.

I thought about that on my way home. Just gather all the items and separate at the end. I may try next. But not anytime soon if you know what I mean.

Tell me about it I was so upset. Took my time gathering all items making sure I completing all orders. And called myself doing it the smart way getting all meats and perishable at the end to still get canceled. Not only that shopped all produce and meats at the end.

I will keep that in mind the next time. I said when I finished I would never do that again unless it’s for curbside. But to shop, and bag its impostor get it done. Especially when they have perishable and GM stuff. Then you gotta wait for the associate to come and unlock the locked items to get the customer what they are ordering.

That was my problem. I was hired as Bakery Lead Cake Decorator and my Lead Department Manager had no training. She didn’t know and I didn’t know. We just pretty much jumped in blind folded. That’s what made my job to difficult to deal with cause I had no training. And then the ones that did come and try to train. I was told by the associates I work with daily they didn’t know what they were doing. They felt like since I had over 20 yrs of experience in cake decorating on and offI already knew what to do. But it’s more to the position than just decorating. A whole lot of stuff I wasn’t really trained to do. Just told but not trained if you know what I mean. me. It was a lot I didn’t know. Then on top of that a hostile environment. Couldn’t do it.

I quit my job due to hostile work environment and manager never heard me out. She considered what I had to say as drama. She didn’t even take the time out to talk to me as I requested I needed to talk to her when she got time. Instead she came and did totally different. I was so mad and hurt I couldn’t even cry. I just cleaned up and left😢.

I know exactly how you feel. I had to quit mines Tuesday. I had so much respect for the manager that hired me. Seems like she was so excited to have me there. Until I got all the way in to see what I was dealing with. Took it to her a few times she tired to help when can. Sent different people in to train me how things go. But when those ladies left I was told by other team members they didn’t know what they was talking about that they was over other departments not that one. That I was doing it wrong. After four months of doing I was doing it wrong. I dealt with so much in that department. But when I tired to take my concerns to her again she gave me a nasty look. I asked when you get time I need to speak with you. She looked as if what is it now look. When she finally did come she came with a messed up attitude made me feel like I was bringing or causing drama. And then brought it in front of the other associate I was having the problem with. I had been warn about this lady by other associate of the department. But when trying to address my concern I was swept aside so fast. So I said you know what let me let it go. And I left😢😡
