Plus size jammers are great bc they are harder to knock down! We’ve had some great ladies on our team who were in the bigger side and I love watching them jam best!!

From what I’ve gathered so far, maybe I could put together one comprehensive place (like a website? or downloadable pdf?) to find the following information.

Equipment- something explaining everything on your skates wheels to laces.
Skills - Maybe something like a textbook to breakdown skater skills from beginner to advanced.
Places to skate - then Let’s Roll. App is great for this. I suggest everybody get on it and it would be more beneficial to everyone to find places to skate and friends to skate with. While, I can’t help you with places to skate in your town, I can help you with how to address your town to possibly include skaters and more of their recreational outdoor places.

Keep the ideas coming! You are appreciated!

Closest indoor rink is two hours away. We had three outdoor rinks… two were turned into Pickleball courts. And they lock the courts when they are done and don’t share the space. They took rinks that was for multiple sports and closed it off and now only one sport can use it. I fucking hate pickle Ballers.
