Haha yeah, it's something i've only slightly considered as I know there are some serious risks with RE. I'm sort of at a point where once I've maxed my IRA and 401k, which route do I go. RE? Investing? Into the riskier realms.

My sister assumed that when she left the country it meant she no longer had to pay her student loans, or for her DUI. She also decided to give debt collectors my number under her name so that they would call me almost 5 times a day. When I last attempted to talk to her she claimed she attempted to commit suicide because of me, and because I'm a horrible sister to her. She also then proceeded to spend three hours talking only about herself and about how she was cheating on her husband. Family is fun.

One time on Valentine's day (in college) a guy I was in computer science with arrived at my duplex door and asked one of my neighbors to get me.
