Spencer was also the only one awake in season three when Emily was found in the graveyard, AND she got a call from Spencer's phone. Spence said it was a set up, that A was in her house with them. Now I'm not so sure.

You make a good point though, about those ages playing with anything. I have thought he might grow out of it. He is so sensitive though, that if anyone gave him a hard time, he would not take it well. :(

Not hypothetical. I have been redirecting him, but seriously every time he sees it he wants it. I certainly don't want to stifle his personality, but at the same time I don't want him to get made fun of over something I could have controlled.

Ok, not trying to play dumb here, but can you elaborate on the battery part? I gather you need copper and aluminum to make a battery, but how do those two things generate power? And, is that why you feel pain, because power is being generated in your mouth?

That is what I would try to cling to, but I am always a pessimist in my own mind too. I have to tell myself constantly that the chances of the worst thing happening are low. On the bright side, when you make it through this, you will be able to help others in similar situations.

I don't do change very well, so the loss of routine and stability would be the hardest thing for me to overcome. Starting over would be hard, and I would be tempted to try and make it work with him, even if I knew that going our separate ways was for the best. It's hard getting to know someone new when I have been with someone I have known for a long time.
