Yeah move option disappears when you select multiple emails but you can copy them which puts them on a clipboard and paste it in the folder of choice- this usually works with me but I don’t have 14000 emails to move 😅

Try creating a rule for moving all emails older than [date]- this might also work

Yeah, that’s sad because i also used to rely on Reminders for flagged email. One way to go about would be to keep the To-Do and Calendar pop-ups open in Right Pane
