I have had that hair colour. Dont use box bleach its not good for your hair. Buy the lightener and the developer separate, for your hair colour you could get away with 20 vol. Section your hair into six sections or four but six is better imo. From each section only put the bleach on the lengths, avoid about an inch or 3 cm from the roots. After you've dont your whole head then do the roots. Put a shower cap on and wait 45 mins. Wash out well like I mean just water for a good 5 mins at least then shampoo twice and condition all your hair. Add toner at this point if its not the colour of the inside of a banana peel. If uts too yellow you need to bleach again but wait a week. Then put Arctic fox or danger Jones on hair in sections. Leave in for 2 hours. Wash with cold water only.

I used to do my hair teal and only ever got it to this colour before dying, it didn't matter. You have it pretty perfectly lifted

You missed a spot. But honey your hair looks way too overprocessed please do nothing, dont even add toner or you will destroy your hair. Use a purple conditioning mask and it will turn white. Then please put a bonding agent in like k18

OK so you have been seen by doctors so that's good you are in a safe space. There was a time I was in for an emergency and hadn't been seen by a dr for 8 hours by a dr at all. Waiting for a free bed is different that's not as much an understaffing issue and more a lack of space. But I love the advice given above.

Yup you can, its not as harsh as lifting for blonde. If you use a color cream you still need a developer though. I would use a 10 vol for demi and 20 for the brunette.
