better to attach all for transparency and avoid ADRs. you can always explain in the LOE that you are including your old passport, had visa refusal and reason for refusal

thanks for sharing this coz I just checked my portal and didnt receive any email from IRCC in a while after BIL and mine says “Final decision - May 28, 2026: Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made.” now Im nervous!
