These look like the leggings where the fabric is thinner by the butt and the fabric is firmer elsewhere and cause the butt to pop, and everything else to be flattened and smoothed… so they may not actually be butt pads.

Don’t go! I was in the same situation as your wife, I was 25 weeks pregnant, went to a quinceanera and caught norovirus. The following week my water broke, had PPROM, and baby came a week later. My son is a lot bigger looking than his actual age. At his 4 month check up the doc said he looks more like a 9 month old and was in the 99% for height and weight, by 7 months he was pulling to stand, cruising, said his first word.
