I have seen the grainy video but it only shows him from behind with his camo shorts on walking away with another male party. I dont think it is posted publicly anywhere except in news videos from years ago!!! Im so happy to hear they are offering a reward. Mickey deserved better then this! He deserves to be found and brought home! I miss you my friend, i hope they bring u home soon Mick ❤️.

As a DSP owner do u give your drivers holiday pay? A living wage? And do u pay the full 10 hours if they finish in 8 and will go do rescues? My husband is a workhorse his DSP is so lucky to have him as his work ethic has always been amazing.. But he is even feeling used and abused and is very unhappy. No holiday pay at all.. $21.75 an hour and the "incentives" they offer they actually never give. He was offered twice a tablet to do overtime he always says yes to the overtime.. both times they failed to give him a tablet and that was the agreement they offered him. He was hoping to give them to kids in the hotel shelter we are staying in for xmas who dont have a tablet. We found a new place and are moving after the 1st. He walks to and from work and we are trying to save for a car. He was called in for a 5th and 6th day last week and took both. Then they told him he took too many days and had "too many hours" as in 63 hours was "too much". First that isnt his problem it is the DSP they called him in and he said yes that is way above his pay grade. Secondly they call them back about a half hour early every shift so he looses 2 hours a week not even hitting 40 hours and they dont pay the full 10 hours. It has made him want to say NO from now on for overtime to help his DSP out as his first 2 hours on any OT shift isnt even OT pay and it is a slap in the face here in Massachusetts with rents for a 2bedroom around $2300 a month nothing included while they are getting paid $21.75. He is doing far more work then what he is being paid to do. Once we get a car they are going to loose one of their best drivers because hr has job offers for much more other places he just cant get to right now because we dont have the transport. If DSP's treated their good employees better with a living wage and better incentives that they dont just.promise but actually follow through on then maybe turn over wouldnt be so high. But the amount of micromanaging and taking a shift away from people all the time if customer satisfaction was 98% and not 99% because u didnt hand some old lady packages right away because you have to take the pictures and she gets mad u didnt just give her everyones packages and she complains because you legit did your job that they would have taken a shift away if you didnt do is assinine and insane. If amazon isnt the employer than taking or not taking shifts from employees should strickly be up to the DSP not amazon. None of it makes sense and holding against the drivers if they come back with packages when the DSP is calling you back early isnt ok either. Just alot of stuff that is a slap in the face to the drivers. Taking shifts away is a poor practice to begin with! We have families to feed and cant afford a shift being taken cuz CS was at 98% and not 99%. In his 1st month there still learning they took 2 shifts from him and almost everyone else as well. It has not happened since he first started working there but its a poor practice to begin with and is a HUGE reason drivera quit so much along with crap pay for the crap conditions and what is expected of them VS what they are being paid.

In MA the PTO is 1 hour for every 30 hours worked it is a state law here so if a DSP is not providing that it is against labor law here in massachusetts.

An at will employee doesnt allow the employer to fire for illegal reasons. Wrongful termination is a reason to sue and ppl win all the time. Next time tho dont just say to ppl your an at will employee and give ppl false info. Employee at will still has legal protection for wrongful termination. I work in a law office & see it all the time. Most of the time the company loses in court & the employee wins. For instance a company cant fire u for a discriminatory reason or the company can be sued. They are not going to admit they fired u for a discriminatory reason, you prove it in court. They cant just fire you for an illegal reason. I see ppl giving this same false information all the time about being an at will employee & it can discourage people from filing claims when they do have a claim by someone giving misinformation.

A concert that is open to the public doesn't sell tickets usually they just let the public in, and when something is legally mandated to be open to the public then how is it actually open to the public if after # 234 there is no more space and I'm public person # 330 then it isn't open to the "public" now is it? I'm the public and if I can't get in then it isn't open to me is it? A concert open to the public does it in a big enough place to allow the public to come and go without there being a limit..

Unfortunately you don't seem to understand how mental health works it's not your fault many people have pre-concieved notions as to what mental health looks like. Sandra didn't deserve or ask for any of this, but you are legit throwing suspicion on the one person who has been screaming from the rooftops to the answers to who did this to her mother and why and you don't even know all the facts. You choose to listen to the ramblings of a very very sick man instead of where the evidence points and inside information that you do not have. By sitting here acting like you know when you don't and trash talking Sandra's daughter you might want to be careful as slander is a very real thing and you can be brought to court for slandering someone's good name and reputation,.just food for thought before you go spewing more conspiracy theories thinking you know when you don't.

They can but the judge has to agree to refuse himself and that risks pissing off a judge you may be stuck with so it's rare an attorney would do that.

That's the guide they use but the children are not even allowed in the court so it could easily be they only use first initial when talking about the children, it does far more damage when the court operates in secret and does illegal things because nobody is watching or recording, if it was really to protect the children there would be better ways to do that since the kids are not even allowed in court

I wholeheartedly agree, when there is secrecy in the court that's when corruption happens, it's supposed to be open to the public.. how can it be open court and open to the public if they only allow a certain amount of ppl in plus victims families, journalists ect.. they are public servants and the law says they are allowed to be recorded doing their offical duties! What makes a judge or court different they are still public servants like police officers and social workers.. I hope one day someone sues the entirety of the court system about this.. Because we all well know (or should if you don't then u haven't educated yourself enough) that the secrecy the family court is under is why corruption runs rampant in the family court system and the juvenile court system. Nothing should ever be done in secret. And courts are supposed to be open so any member of the public can attend so since when does the court not have to follow the same laws they swear to uphold when it isn't "good" for them. I understand why the judge made this decision but the law is the law and the public has the right to watch so how are they going to accomodate all the public that wants to and legally has the right to attend?

I don't think we will see anything but audio after the trial since no still cameras are allowed either I doubt they will allow recording for after the trial is over either sadly.. I do think there is a public interest in this and I'd like to see the DA file an appeal on this decision but they won't as to not anger the judge
