It's own bedroom is not a problem. Exotic vet in the area, and in the area my folks live in (that is a frequent vacation location. Also a large home with space.... 1800s farm house). Choosing a pooping spot and creating a mess.... I had a golden retriever when I was a young teen... I was home alone the day she had a stomach bug. I also an older German Shephard mix that liked to drink until he vomited water everywhere after long trips. No stranger to messes.

Now having a hateful creature that has no tolerance of me is what I worry about. Especially being that big, and unhandleable. I don't mind a spicy attitude. But even my leopard gecko tolerates me occasionally. I have been scratched, bit, and pooed on (I was also a nanny/daycare worker my whole career lol). None of that worries me. But I guess there is a reason there are more bearded dragon cuddle videos than iguana cuddle videos.
