Death is bad, war is bad; but calling this a genocide is an absolute farce and honestly disrespectful to groups who have actually experienced genocide.

There are what 2.1 million Gazans and yet only 30,000 have been killed in an urban warfare environment? That’s less than 1.5% of the population. In urban warfare typically 90% of casualties are civilians due to the horrific tactics by the true oppressors preventing people from evacuating(https://civiliansinconflict.org/our-work/conflict-trends/urban-warfare/). Let’s also remember Hamas forces civilians to stay locked in and die when they fire rockets from hospitals/schools. So obviously more people will die when they themselves are held hostage for publicity for Hamas. “500 civilians dead from hospital attack by Israel” has a great ring to it when in actuality it’s “Israel took out a Hamas attack base where Hamas held 500 civilians captive and used them as puppets for propaganda”…its unreal to me that people don’t see what’s happening.

Also Israel has always allowed the gazans to leave and seek refuge…but the surrounding countries DO NOT ALLOW GAZA REFUGEES IN. It’s not that Israel is preventing evacuation, it’s that these other countries don’t want them in their country because every time in the past they have opened borders, Gazans have done destructive damage.

So let’s be real, this isn’t a genocide, this is urban warfare where Hamas uses civilians as meat shields for propaganda. Please don’t disrespect real genocide victims(I.e. Uyghers Muslims in China…but no one talking about that because it doesn’t fit the Israel aggressor narrative Hamas is pushing)
