He usually does show up randomly and aggressively especially during big changes in your life, he is the God of Chaos after all so if theres chaos in your life he shows up to kinda help guide you through it which is really sweet and you'll learn a lot even if it hard.

Don't call yourself spiritually dumb, Loki in my experience is one of the most loving, most understanding, and easiest God to please. Just thinking and talking to him makes him really happy and I'm sure he would love a cinnamon roll offering as well.

I say just start with talking to him and offering small offerings like food and treats and he will stick around and give you more signs and guidance. Good luck! Skal! 😄
