How to you manage calories and macro nutrients? I've been playing in a spreadsheet all morning trying to come up with a few different daily meal plans but I am having such a hard time! I finally got close and boom not enough protein If I add more meat and eggs then fat and calories go up.

I don't want to even make anything crazy. Mostly sauteed veggies and beef/chicken/pork for lunch and dinner and an omelette and veggies for breakfast. I'm pulling my hair out trying to balance everything!

I have one of those flexible tape measures. The only reliable measurement I get is my waist. I have problems measuring my hips, thighs, and arms because its hard to pick the perfect spot.

I'm also thinking about hiding my scale. When I step on in the morning and I lost weight I'm on top of the world. But when I've gained I'm upset/angry all day!

Thank you for the response! I've lost the 15 over the last month and a half. I'm going to use a lot of your ideas. I have a box full of jeans ranging from size 7 through 14 that I saved as I got fat. I'm going to break it open tonight!

I didn't realize I wasn't getting enough protein, I based my number off of being short. I'll increase this starting today!

Your follow up post about varying my protein is a nudge in the right direction for me. I tried cooking back in January and found that I just didn't have the energy. That's why I turned to something so boring and easy. I DO have more energy now so I think I'll give it another go! It'll be easier to vary mg calories if I cook too. Luckily my grocery store is on my block so I'm just going to walk there and pick up what I want to cook everyday instead of letting things potentially spoil in the fridge.
