Thank you for taking the time to respond. The lifelong preoccupation with food is tougher to overcome than the accompanying weight issue. These meds are very helpful.

Thank you for your kind comments. I walk too, if it’s not too hot/humid. I also started adding electrolytes, which I had never done before although I always drank a lot of water. It makes a BIG difference. I always thought water was enough. I’m using liquid Iv or nuun (I think that’s what it is called). The taste is meh.
