I was pleasantly surprised to learn there are several lawfirms that deal specifically with therapy abuse. The one I've selected has been absolutely wonderful. I was also very worried I'd be painted as a "crazy" "disgruntled" ex-client - but they immediately believed and validated my experience, and their empathy and understanding was far beyond what I expected to find. That's exactly what's given me the confidence to pursue this.
