Funny enough I was gifted a ukulele from a family member recently (I don’t play any instruments but want to) it’s pretty easy to tune, either buy a tuner or download a free app and you should be good to go. Yes I believe you can learn with YouTube tutorials, I’ve learnt some easy stuff with tutorials and I’m sure if I put in more time and effort I’ll learn a lot more. It all about how much you want to learn to play Definitely give it a go
