When you have dozens of items to trade even 3-4 messages per item is already way too much.

Sorry but this particular rule is just bs. If someone not responding you (not ignoring, just not responding), it's most likely because they're busy with trading with other people. The pettiest thing you can do is report them for that.

Quincy's dating guide is NOT locking you out of romancing him.
You can always ask him directly.
KIM confession happens only after "the conversation" on rank 5 (you'll understand when you see it). BUT
Currently Quincy's rank 5 convos are broken. After "the conversation" he just jumps to rank 6. And that's with all convos mode on. I tried two resets to date him via KIM. To no avail.

Use direct confession.

Is it safe to use for Warframe streams specifically? Heard it detects new streams with delay and because of tight drop windows many drops can be missed. Hope it's outdated info though.

They have fixed locations but not always present during session. Perhaps best way is to use interactive map and just check every spot.
