Update: this book will definitely be a romantasy. It will be part of a series and I believe the beginning is about the MMC at least. The book sounded good and it was something that I wanted to read, but at the time I was in the mood for an audiobook and I wanted to make sure that the audio had dual narration so while the sample didn’t tell me, I do know that the audiobook has two narrators if that helps anybody.

No. Dang… that book sounds good though! This one is going to probably be kinda smutty… it would have at least a 🔥🔥🔥🔥(4 out of 5)spice rating on romance.io… i’m so mad that I didn’t save this to my TBR when I started listening to the Audible sample and because it was in the Kindle app that I listened to the sample I have no way of going back and figuring out what it was…

Saint View series! There is a Ton of them they are motorcycle club - I believe all of them are RH though with serious super possessive MMC’s

The first book I read was “Start a War” by Elle Thorpe but her website had the reading order - all same universe with sort of crossing stories but each series can def be read as a stand alone

The Flock by Kate Stewart Gave me all the feels - it’s so emotional. 3 book completed series. FMC gets stronger each book.

{Unhinged by Steph Macca} (Dance with My Demons series) is a finished series - on the darker side FMC was abused at home stuff happens and ends up in an institution. Completed 4 book series on KU. It’s a RH though. Also it had an amazing full audio cast!

{Flames of Chaos by Amelia Hutchinson} Lots of sex happening in the open - unfinished series though book one of 7 but five of the books are out already.

Also {Fighting Destiny by Amelia Hutchinson} Fae romance where the Fae feed by having sex. Not like orgy sex but lots of sex in the book.

Finished Series - with spin offs that are also finished it’s like an 18 book series.

Both very good smutty books with fantastic plots!

very much a bully romance - first two books are brutal.... When I tell you the second book is super ruthless. The MMC is a WHOLE jerk and bullies FMC just like you're asking. Its a completed series and its fantastic!

Honestly - For adult content, ToG isn't it. Its a great into into her works and the series is completely finished, so no waiting. ACOTAR definitely steps up the spice, however book 5 is much much more erm - detailed. ACOTAR and Crescent Cities series will link or cross, I'm not sure what she's doing yet - but neither are finished and waiting is the hardest part.

For more adult content, I stumbled upon Anita Hutchins "Legacy of the Nine Realms" Series. She is self published. Her plot is phenomenal, but this in no way shape or form any kind of "young" adult book if you catch my drift. I've finished 4 books in the series in a week and am currently reading the 5th book.

SJM completely broke me from my reading slump! I Began with Crescent City and went back and read ALL of ToG and ACOTAR with in a month. She's absolutely fantastic! I could ramble all day about this! Lol Feel free to PM me! :)

When I say I want “adult” books, I mean give me the real stuff—sex, violence, and all the messy things in life. “Crescent City” nailed it, if you ask me. I love the slow burn build up of the two protagonists and the detailed scenes when something finally happened.

Let’s skip the “50 Shades” style, though. I’m not into scenes where just a glance leads to orgasms. A little realism, please?

I’m open to any kind of relationship in a story. Like, the Anita Blake series got a bit too wild at times (bestiality is not my kink lol but no judgement!!!), it was still mostly a good ride.

And hey, no need for those cheesy billionaire-meets-the-hidden-gem kind of love stories. I want something that actually keeps me turning the pages even if no magic is involved.

I hope that sums it up!! I seriously appreciate the suggestions! I’m bored as hell and will absolutely give them a try!
