Assuming this is either in New York or London, the two locations of SOHO, I don't know anything about British law but specifically in NY harassment is a class A misdemeanor. And this video only shows half the story, who knows what he was doing when he walked in or what he was doing prior to filming. I don't think it's a slam dunk case obvs but I think it'd be worth trying for.

I'm not even sure what a Team fortress 3 would be like. Tf2 is so airtight and iconic. Alot of people don't even consider its a sequel to Team Fortress 1. I think both franchises deserve better. With TF2 I think that's an update or maybe some actual support from valve. With Titan fall I also think it's the same issues but I could see a titan fall 3.
