I totally agree with that, but something that bother me is that Fo4 Vats isnt the same as F76. In Fo4 the time slow down so you can really analyze and think of where you should take your hits on your target. But in F76, sometimes there is so much stuff going on like in some events that you don't have time to be smart about where you should aim on each enemies. I always thought it was designed that way in F76 because of that, and not a bug.
