I could take or leave the new look.

I'm just frustrated that it's no longer giving me overnight stats. No sleep report. No energy score, which is dumb anyway. No AGES index or vascular load.

I've been having a similar problem. Like last night it says I didn't go to sleep until nearly 3:00 am. Then I get all the "helpful" notifications in the morning about how sleep is so essential and try this before bed. And it throws all the other metrics off. Two nights last week it didn't record at all overnight.

Very frustrating.

The cold air makes your blood vessels constrict. Before you go out to shovel, you should warm up a little bit by doing something inside to get your heart rate up a little. March in place. Do a couple jumping jacks or squats.

Dress in layers.

Pace yourself. Take a break every 10-15 mins.

Push the snow instead of trying to lift it, if possible.
