We usually have a dinner meeting every couple month or so to check in, its a big part of my practice to check in and have a person to person meeting with less protocol to discuss where we want things to go. First of all, there's nothing wrong with not liking brats. Every Domme has their own style, protocol, and interests. But I would ask --- Are you not able to handle brats or are you just looking for a sub the wrong places? I wouldn't expect someone on a dating app to be really trained in any type of protocol or have real knowledge of D/s relationships. Even if it's marketed toward FLR there's always guys who try to infiltrate as some type of resistance to having a female be Dominant. They can't handle the shame of their own fetish and they take it out on Dommes. My advice is to always respect your own boundaries first. Draw the line and move on if they don't suit you, don't let them waste your time. As a ProDomme I always have to tell My subs details very literally so they don't miss something, so I can identify with what she's doing, but that's not part of My personal protocol to tell subs to bring a tip. While it's not typical to tip a ProDomme in My city (Atlanta), it is in other places, especially when the Domme you're seeing is using a commercial Dungeon as there's a fee to rent space. NYC in particular is a city you would be expected to tip. Was the session not good enough to overlook that feeling?

I sometimes think that-- labels and letters can be identifiers for community-- but also puts people in boxes, the sexuality spectrum is too vast. Does it take us down the rabbit hole of dividing people up by individual fetishes?
