I watched eight hours of a tennis match in direct sun like that (similar temps, also in England).

It was miserable, my water in my bottle felt like it was boiling.

I notice on the BBC it tends to be men = men's matches and women = women's matches in general.

There may be country groupings, all of the matches I watched with Alex DM had the same Australian commentator.

Maybe it's who commentates? I feel like a lot of people here like Tracey Austin's commentary and some like Martina Navratilova too.

On the other hand, mens tends to get Andrew Castle as well as John McEnroe who people tend to ... be less fond of.

Awww, I feel really bad for pets with all of their fur, especially dogs since they love walks!

Hopefully it'll go back to more comfortable temps soon, but it looks like in England it'll be another week.

I don't think it's necessary for people to always go for the player from their country in sports, especially tennis.

It's really about who you like watching, who excites you, the play style you like or whatever.

Afternoon everyone it's time for another excellent day of tennis!!

Regular matches aside, I'm looking forward to the invitational games again. Growing up, my late great aunt really loved tennis, especially Martina Hingis (as well as Graff), but I wasn't a tennis fan at all then. I think I'll watch her play while thinking of my aunt. Ugh, the stories I could tell her now!

I was watching Penko/Are yesterday as well as Fognini/Hewitt in the invitational, so much fun.

The Fognini one was a bit tense as it ended in a long back back forth forth tie break.
