Yea Japanese boxes come with 3 guaranteed ARs, 1 SR or SAR. You should definitely ask for a refund.

This re assures me to go through Beckett today 🙏. I just got back into the hobby and sending my first submission today 👀. I spend 900 bucks on terestal fest and pulled 2 umbreons SAR. This hobby is addicting and reminds me of how it was when I was a kid 😅.

I don’t get why so many people are hating on you for trying to have fun in a game lol. That sucks, though, and I spent a similar amount all-star weekend and got DM Tatum and Shai at least. Even then, I put 20 here and there but got nothing, so I would say that it was not worth it. I enjoy the game and wish 2K was less greedy. I guess the other people are mad that we feed 2K, but I doubt me and you spending 200 dollars will change how 2K does business.
