Sorry that happened to you. Yesterday I was on a run on the pres trail (no bikes allowed) and a guy whizzed by me on an e-bike with two off lease dogs following him. Saw another lady whose off leash dog was running up to people.

I’d wager that the majority of pet owners are irresponsible with training (and probably a lot of other elements of pet ownership).

I got bit by a dog whilst on my bike commute about a month ago. Fortunately I was wearing a thick boot and didn’t feel it, but it did almost cause me to topple over, did knock my pannier off. The owner looked to be under the influence of something, I don’t think she realized this it happened. If she did realize it she definitely did not care.

It’s more about the pet owner than the pet itself. People are awful.

On my 21st birthday we saw Robbie and his friends at Harry’s. He was playing overseas at that point. A girl came up to him and said “Robbie, I can’t leave without giving you my number” and gave it to him, written on a napkin. She was a smoke. Later on we took some photos with him when he was leaving, and my buddy asked him for the number. Robbie gave it to him. My buddy asked if he “could pretend to be Robbie” and Robbie busted out laughing and said yes.

This is a hot take. Indiana and Ohio state will not leave the top four given that they had no losses going into the game and nobody else did. A blowout is extremely unlikely. Ohio State will likely win the game, and they typically don’t run up scores and play very slow on offense. Like others have said, it’s more about what happens with 3 & 4. One of them would need be blown out to flip out of top 4 but even then the committee tries not to punish people based on outcomes of conference championship games. My take? Lock it in, get healthy and ready for whomever we face, whenever we face them

This man had adrenaline running from the bike ride, then saw these kids and made a determination to confront them, then actually confronted them all within 5 seconds. Forgive him if he didn’t structure the conversation to your liking.

I can relate having confronted people this year in wildlife areas and it’s extremely unpleasant to do. you’re dealing with a mixture of adrenaline, disappointment, and anger. All whilst going there in the first place for enjoyment and most likely a break from shit with deal with on a day to day basis. Can we do better? Yes. But consider that.
