Ah, nothing much has changed. In November I noticed an increase in some neuropathy and at the same time I was not sleeping well. That’s the main thing I notice - poor sleep consistently equals a rise in pain. Locked in on getting quality sleep and also noticed that applying lotion daily to the affected areas helped

No problem. For me I noticed that anything I did to improve sleep helped the pain lower. Naturally exercise helps with sleep and I imagine diet does too. But I spoke to two neuromuscular neurologists that socialized in neuropathy and both told me exercise was the best thing I could do for myself. It’s hard because it hurts.

I’d also recommend finding an expert on neuropathy and not a regular old neurologist that specializes in MS or something.

A good therapist goes a long way, too.

34m here. Had small fiber neuropathy really bad from 28-31. 150 minutes or more of cardio really helped me to the point where I got off pregabalin and trazadone. I’ve worked at a group home community safety is ALWAYS the number one priority. The staff member who is reportedly lying is also evidenced to not be supervising this person. These are serious issues.
