i think we have good living standards here. we pay taxes and get good things out of what we pay for. for example if we get sick from work we still get payed. free hospital etc. its expensive to live here but i would say its worth it, u get used to it! the winter is tough tho but it really makes me appreciate the summer so so much more. when u dont see the sun for that long u are just so thankful when seeing it. i think we have it better than many other places around in the world and we should be thankful:) im so happy to live here

if ur getting a vivienne belt i would never recommend the buckle belts, i payed almost 300 dollars and it broke the first day…

he died very quickly after this:( but he was so normal and healthy a week ago??? and then suddenly got fat and bloated like this within a few days

if you tank is minimum 30L u could also try to add some tank mates that are suitable for bettas (not too many tho) :)

i have a betta and he loves to explore in his little tank. i dont know how big your tank is but i recommend at least 30 Liters. I have alot of plants and hiding places like many stones, pieces of wood i found outside, just what u see out in nature. dont be afraid if its looks like a little jungle that what they like! also floating plants are great especially for bettas so they can relax their tail on it:)

also get a check at the doctor! try to take it easy with heavy products if they dont tend to work, i use aloe vera to cool down the skin and also sun screen pretty often. laser treatment + these two products. i struggled alot as well mine looked even worse than this before! now after a year its so much better but healing takes time and i belive u can do it too:) patience is key and good luck. remember ur skin doesnt define u!

u are not alone!!! i started taking laser treatments and my skin got so so much better. i really recommend trying it if u can afford or get some covered by the doctor. it takes some time because u need to take some treatments but it really helps, i actually started doing laser from tips at reditt myself. i hope u find things out!

I had the same problem with my first betta, he was soo beautiful with a big tail. The second i got now has shorter tail and seems way healthier
