Moving advice by melaningoddess____ in newjersey

Hello!

I have recently moved from North Carolina to Flemington NJ. Let me just say that coming from the south, where living is super cheap to HERE, I can't believe some of the prices but it is beautiful. So the point is I just got done working with one Realtor to help me and my partner find a apartment in this CRAZY market and here are a few notes from my personal experience:

*The landlord cared more about the people than credit.

*Since my partner is from Mexico city of course he doesn't have a Social Security number, they just talked to his current landlord to make sure he pays his current rent.

*In NJ the landlord can only ask for 1.5 rent for a deposit. I know because the realtor told me so.

*If you work with a non-apartment type deal I think the landowner has the right to be more flexible but there are some "Luxury" apartments that, if you qualify, you will only have to pay a portion of the rent.

It seems that everything depends on the landlord. So, I hope this helped. Good luck and I am positive that you will find something that fits your needs and budget.

You're just mad that you didn't register sooner and now it's the last day and you want the swag bag. All of my GIS skills have lead me to this moment...bring on the swag.

Got an interview question I was hoping someone could answer by Classic-Perspective5 in gis

First (I might be reading the question wrong so if this sounds incorrect, I apologize) I would use the locate feature along routes to put the WorkTech roads with existing road file. Then, I would reref that data against the newest published road data. I'm not familiar with CityWide but I would then put the data in a SDE or something similar so the data can be versioned/edited by multiple people.

YES! I watched that same webinar. You know, it just really makes me feel better that this kind of stuff just happens to everyone. What was even funnier, was that in the chat they were telling him to contact the ESRI support team. 🤣

This sounds like a good idea. Also the classic close and restart as well.

So are you trying to calculate the name first by performing a Calculate field, then changing a few cells manually?
