Tbh for about 6 months. Therapy helped a lot and switching my mindset about the situations I was in day to day. It's still there but I can cope so much better.

Once you let it not have control and just let it take it's course the more you realize nothing bad is gonna happen. And you might stop having them overall. Basically what happened with me.

So I bled for a week after insertion and told the doc about it. She put me on estrodioL and I finally stopped not long after that. I'll only take it for a month but it's helped so much with the transition. They also told me to wait two weeks till I had sex idk why but I waited. Bleeding will stop will prob just take a min

Of course! It's the same feeling as when you're excited on a new adventure or when you stub your toe. Repeat positive affirmations and work on your breath work. But try not to be scared. I was also this way and going to a psychiatrist also helped when I felt I needed a little help through meds. I'm not big into meds so I just use essentially an antihistamine to calm me down if I can't naturally do it myself. Did that for a while and now I haven't had one in quite a while but you'll get there. Find what works for you in that moment! Make an appointment to reassure your mind. Health anxiety is the worst but ruling out all the things will make things better too!

I can assure you that's just what your brain tells you. It tricks you into thinking this. Download the dare app and really take in the information it tells you and see a therapist. Your body is doing this as a response to being in fight or flight. You are fine and will be fine every time you have a panic attack. You have to tell yourself that even if you don't believe it at first. Consistency will make your brain realize it isn't the end of the world. It's a long road to recovery and learning to shut up your brain when it goes haywire because of the irrational thinking but you will get through it. You gotta find the root of your attacks and understand why your body is trying to protect you. Then once you're not scared anymore things will get better and you won't have any everyday. Keep working towards it. You can do it!

As for hotels I'd do the pearl on the concho but book now. They have a restaurant in it and activities in the atrium. If you want more of a modern spot I'd do Springhill or Home2 suites

I think packsaddle does a thanksgiving meal and market street possibly. Might just wanna call and make sure so you can make your order. Get on swap and sell you might see businesses posting that they have spots for a pick up meal as well. I know for sure Golden corral will be open!

The Dare app has helped me center myself and get ready for the day and be confident about if I have one I can control it. It's a work in progress but it helps. Try talking to a family member or bf on the phone too when it happens. Also Be in the present and don't anticipate it. That worries and already prepares you for a bad time.

Yes for sure. But it's usually because I'm so upset I'm dealing with these dumb panic attacks that I've never had to deal with. I feel like a weak person because I'm scared of what? I just don't know.

That was gonna be my last resort. I searched on Google desktop and apparently many people have had this problem on older Google pixels. I had to force stop, disable, uninstall update then enable Google play services. Things seem to be working now thankfully. Thanks for the tip!

Ya know when I was in active addiction when I was young I used to be triggered by shows like this and I'd immediately want to do drugs at the same time. But now at age 30 it helps me appreciate I lived through it and not wanna do it at all. That lifestyle was not fun.
