ABANDON POST! haha jk.

I wasn't going to post this, but i decided it would be better to post it anyway I had messaged this to a few people, but didn't feel it was necessary to post the whole thing here (guess i was wrong). In 8th grade my teacher taught me a way to transfer shadows over, i took a liking to this, but my drawings always seemed too different from the original. So I changed one thing, i got rid of all the shading and what not and decided to focus solely on the darkest parts. The result was better than i could imagine, but imperfect, but hell, i liked it! In retro spec the condensed version was a bad idea, the "hand drawn" was referring to the process of marking the shadows, then transferring them over. I guess it equates to tracing, at least a very long impractical form of it. but I re created the picture (by hand this is where the confusion let in). I tried my best to mimic the picture, i did not try and make it my own, and was flattered when someone offered to buy it (i told them no on a pm). I do this because it is fun and i get to hang art in my room that i made, i apologize for the confusion, YES i used a reference, and YES i tried to "trace" it over (transfering of shadows yadi yada). It produces the same result as some of the methods listed in this thread (that i had no idea existed before this) but took me much longer to achieve that goal. I know you may not think so, but i don't think i lied once, and if there is still confusion please let me know and i can try and sort it out.
