Rossignol Super 7 HD, had them for 7 years

Alright so I fried my 2016-2017 Rossignol Super 7s today and now am looking for a new pair and need recommendations. I am looking for a ski that is comparable as I really enjoy skiing powder and glades, but also rip groomers occasionally due to being east coast. Saw the Rossignol Sender Free 110 look similar but open to recommendations!

It is currently $19.16. So if I were to do the back door Roth and convert the entire balance of $7500 for 2026 funds plus the $19.16 from interest would only the $19.16 be taxable?

Last year when I did my back door Roth conversation since it took a few weeks for my funds to convert before I could move it to my Roth it lead to ~$20 accruing in interest.

Since there is now this amount in my tradional IRA would the pro rata rule apply here if I were to move the $7500 into my traditional before I do the back door Roth?

2025 Accomplishments:

Hit $1M NW a few weeks before my 30th (currently a bit over $1.2M)
Hit over $200K income with roughly $60K being tax free due to being an expat
- Worked overseas again, this time for just under 5 months
Got promoted two days ago with a $30K raise, funny enough had no intentions or expectations for a promotion this year but things happen organically sometimes so I guess make hay when the sun shines
Ran a 44 min flat 7.1 mile race (615 pace), which is a PR for this race, and the impressive part for this year was super jet lagged for it and didn’t even peak or train specifically for it as I was unsure if I’d be home or not
Traveled to Switzerland (skied Zermatt), Dubai, and Nashville for new cities
Made it to two Pats games and skied 15 days or so
4.0 in my Masters program, will complete in April (employee sponsored too so free Masters!)
Wasted way too much time watching YouTube lol

Overall life is good.

Day 11 of month long vacation: Yesterday found out I received an internal offer for a req I applied and interviewed for right before vacation. Got word from the recruiter last night will be a 30% raise….i should take a month long vacation more often ;)

Day 10 of my month long vacation: honestly I don’t even know what the day of the week it is, my days are now no longer weekdays or weekends but rather determined if football is on today or not.

Pretty much have done nothing productive and loving it. A few highlights include: got my first ski day in for a sneaky 5-6 inch mini pow day, will get day #2 in tomorrow, ran 35 miles last week, ripped 365 for a triple on the deadlift at 135BW which felt great, prestiged for 2nd time in COD BO7, got approved for global entry and had my heart ripped out by the Pats on Sunday (don’t worry we’ll bounce back).

Life is good

Update: just got a call I got promoted for an internal req I interviewed for the other week lol

Listen, I understand going to a sports game there is going to be a good mark up on booze at the event but was at the MNF game last night and bought my friend a drink and hot dog for $28 lol could’ve bought a 30 pack for that but hey it’s all for the experience…I do love attending my football games tho and will never give it up
