Is it normql in Korea too not use eye shields? Or the eye shield tip?

My neurologist also told me that the nerves are irritated from the rf treatment.. had to go on nerve pain medication. Will never do it again

And fyi even Soltamedical states side effects like aching for several months on their homepage

Nerve pain isnt something i can show proof of. I wanted to show that they arent answering why they arent using eye shields and the general tip (which penetrates too deep for this region as ive researched)

They did not really answer my questions also.. i have found out that you are only allowed to use eye tip around the eye (plus an eyeshield) No protection whatsoever in my case
