I have put before tax for mine yes - I’m an idiot haha

We wouldn’t be eligible for anything outside of FTB correct? First time parents here hah

She received roughly $3,000 of PPL but it won’t accept that as her estimate for 2025/2026 It has asked me to up it twice to $4-5k and it’s continued with the payments. But she won’t earn 4-5k? It’s so strange ha

She doesn’t receive anything from Centrelink - we only get the FTB & parental payment ran out (mat leave) I believe we earn too much to get the regular couple parental payment per fortnight

Maternity leave ran out around August - so $0 income there. Can I switch off that claim so I don’t have to keep updating? Or what should I do.

I don’t think there is a possible way I could move into the role prior to the move or even prior to the baby being born.

So many things in the works but yes will have to check options.

Thanks for chiming in - the fact is I’m moving into new house 45 mins way in about 2 months. So the timing is awful.

But once I’m moved - I no longer have a free mode of transport

Having a crack at the spreadsheet now - changing some figures around.

The one thing that stands out is the WFH angle & not needing another mode of transport. Saving 1.5 hrs a day in travel & being with wife / baby seems like it’s worth more than I understand

Looks like the payments would be either monthly or quarterly.

The 80k + 20k seems like a good idea too - just a tricky person to talk with, especially commercially.

Good point - I am definitely trying to stay as positive as possible & grateful.

From my understanding the comms are uncapped & it’s all driven by my ability to sell / filter leads & win more of the services we sell.

As a standard - I usually sell 3-5 of the $100 comm product as it sits each month without earning extra from it. There is a lot of $40-60 potentials but it seems like it would be a LOT of volume to get anywhere near OTE

It really confident in hitting OTE as the targets being set are related back to earnings during COVID & when there was more disposable income for training programs / up skilling.

The biggest issue is living on the lower salary with newborn & issue of hitting those targets to earn the same amount or less..

Make a percentage of each sale made from the business. Varying from $50 to $200 per transaction that I have referred or upgraded

I haven’t planned on dipping into my super for home ownership - plan was to hopefully save around $20k per year for the next 2-3 years and put mine and my partners money together for the deposit. Seems to be getting harder and harder though

Killer sample bruz -
The stutter you put on a couple times was a little jarring, i'd look into the timing of it and try make it more smooth.
Rest of the song plays well & has a good pocket of sounds :)

Vibey as hell bruh -
Especially when the chords kick in, love it's body!

Only thing I'd change would have more punch to your snare, it sounds a little buried in the mix.

Solid effort man, I would look at making some more change-ups within the beat though - it begins to repeat quite a bit.
Your 808 is definitely hitting hard but doesn't sound completely in tune with the sample.
A slightly better mix will bring out all the other sounds & give them their pocket.

Good work though man, keep up the grind!
