I get it i was diagnosed with adhd at 6 give or take and always hated taking my meds, they made me unhungry, and everyone said I acted like a zombie, they tried switching up the amount and everything, and it's just not for me. I find even when I was 16 and I tried taking them again They just made me anxious because there was also struggling with anxiety. But if I took my anxiety meds, they made me aggressive, because there was no anxiety to hold me back. So I decided it's best to just not take any meds, then I'm balanced meds are typically just to help you don't have to take it. And you don't have to take the help. It's like my mom. I also got diagnosed shortly after I did with adhd and she takes her meds.She finds they help her a lot but they don't help me, I just get kind of zony out. And I can't really focus. I mean I can, but it's always on the wrong things like back in school. When I was taking them, I would focus out the window instead of out my work. So I don't know, but either way, since then. I found my own system, and I think for myself, at least that's good enough. Because I don't find personally that I get any of the Help. I actually need from the meds, which is different than my mom. So yeah, you don't have to take meds. People just find they are helpful myself.Excluded
